STOCK AVAILABILITY

LTS Systems endeavors to ensure stock availability and to supply goods in minimum amount of time, due to circumstances beyond our control such as delays in part deliveries from our suppliers, we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, if such delays occur we will be in contact with our customers to discuss
delivery times.

WARRANTY-5 Year Limited

The LTS siren is covered by a 5/2 -Year Limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
The warranty covers the siren against faulty workmanship and defects.
Parts are covered for a warranty period of 5 years, Labour is covered for 2 years.
Return to LTS of a warranty unit is to be at users expense, return will be covered by LTS.

Repair on units that are out of manufactures dated warranty carry a 3 month warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from: damage due to removal and re-installation, negligent use or misuse of the product use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper installation, repair or alteration by anyone other than LTS SYSTEMS.

LTS shall not be liable for defects or faults  that are caused by accidental damage during installation of the product.
